Riesling grapes are good white grapes. No other white grape has as much variety as Riesling. Depending on the origin and vintage, it ranges from bland to sweet, from light floral, tropical fruity to oily and waxy. Young, fragrant Riesling wines, from dry to sweet, are very suitable for summer drinking.
